Fantic USA Launches Squadra Fantic, an EMTB Racer Rewards ProgramMarch 14, 2019Fantic USA, maker of award-winning Italian electric bicycles, today launched its 2019 EMTB Racer Rewards Program, Squadra Fantic. Under the program, men and women can earn equal payouts from Fantic on top of race winnings in four electric mountain bike races and race series across the United States and Canada, including the UCI World Championships. Fantic has committed over $25,000 for the inaugural year.
Quick Fill #11: This Week in GNCCMarch 14, 2019Welcome to Quick Fill. It’s time to go racing once again! There’s been an insane amount of rumors going around this week and they are all untrue and pretty ridiculous. To clear things up, we ARE racing this weekend, we ARE racing at The General and the track is NOT under water. In fact, it’s dry enough right now that when I’ve stopped to put up arrows my dust catches up to me, so a little bit of rain would actually help the track out a bit. They’re calling for scattered showers tomorrow (Friday) and if you’re not sure what that means, “scattered” means there will be small on and off showers throughout the day, which would be nice to help keep the dust down!
Moose Racing Wild Boar GNCC Women’s Race ReportMarch 14, 2019The Moose Racing Wild Boar, round one of the 2019 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series presented by Specialized, an AMA National Championship, took place on March 9th and 10th. The event takes place at Hog Waller Mud Bog, on the edge of Rodman Plantation in Palatka, Florida. Many years ago, Rodman Plantation was the site of The Hurricane GNCC, and since 2015 GNCC has been returning for the Wild Boar.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing's Thad Duvall Podiums at GNCC Season OpenerMarch 14, 2019The 2019 AMA Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series kicked off on Sunday with the opening round in Palatka, Florida where Rockstar Energy Factory Racing Team’s Thad DuVall earned a podium finish in a brutal three-hour bout through the rough sands of Florida. His teammate, Trevor Bollinger, finished just off the podium in fourth.
