The Old Gray was a new addition to the 2024 season and almost immediately established itself as one of the most popular events on the GNCC circuit. Nestled in central Tennessee, about halfway between Knoxville and Nashville, The Old Gray not only plays host to GNCC but has also been visited by some big name musical acts.

The racecourse itself has a distinctly old-school GNCC feel with the majority of this course staying inside the wooded areas on slightly more technical trail. The trails here tend to be a little on the tighter side and meander through some fairly rocky areas. While there may not be any massive hillclimbs, there's still a lot of elevation change here where you're constantly going up, down or off-camber.

The town of Monterey opens its arms to the GNCC Racing Nation for this event, and there's no doubt that The Old Gray will continue to be a favorite for years to come.
