KORIE STEEDE CONTINUES WXC PODIUM STREAK AS GNCC RESUMES WITH BUCKWHEAT 100September 2, 2024Steede has been exceptionally consistent in GNCC this year, earning her eighth podium of the series despite recently separating her collarbone during the summer break. GRANT DAVIS AND JOHNNY GIRROIR STAND ON TOP OF BUCKWHEAT 100 GNCC PODIUMSeptember 2, 2024Following the annual summer break, GNCC took off again in Newburg, West Virginia, this weekend, where Girroir rode his KTM 350 XC-F to the XC1 Open Pro victory – his third in a row in class – to build a 53-point advantage with three rounds in the season remaining. He only narrowly missed out on the overall after near three hours of competition, finishing just two seconds short of Davis.
Kanati Tires Buckwheat 100: Motorcycle Race ReportSeptember 2, 2024The tenth round of the 2024 Progressive Grand National Cross Country (GNCC Racing) Series presented by Specialized, an AMA National Championship, took place in Newburg, West Virginia at CJ Raceway with the Kanati Tires Buckwheat 100 GNCC. With rain on Saturday afternoon, and overcast conditions throughout the day Sunday, the track would continue to see slick conditions for majority of the final day of racing.
Kanati Tires Buckwheat 100: ATV Race ReportSeptember 1, 2024The Progressive Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Racing Series, presented by Specialized, an AMA National Championship, kicked back off after its summer break with the Kanati Tires Buckwheat 100 in Newburg, West Virginia at CJ Raceway. Mother Nature would bring hot, humid and dusty conditions to begin the Saturday racing, but as the afternoon race lined up a weather delay would be placed and everyone sent back to their vehicles and campsites until the impending storms passed through.
