Tuesday Toolbox: John Glauda Jr.December 17, 2019This year’s XC2 champion is John Glauda Jr. He is originally from New Jersey, but like many other GNCC racers, has migrated south and is now living in North Carolina. This is the eighteen-year-old’s second season racing pro. He plans to move up to XC1 next season, because he believes he will progress further than he would defending his XC2 title.

Over 1,300 racers and family members from all over the country came together to celebrate the prestigious accomplishments of the top 10 racers in each championship class.

Tuesday Toolbox: Damien HawkinsDecember 3, 2019Damien Hawkins is an up-and-coming racer from Bear Branch, Kentucky. The thirteen-year-old won the YXC1 supermini class title this year, and won six consecutive races. He plans to move up to the adult race next season and compete Schoolboy Senior class. Like many promising young riders, he also hopes to go pro someday.
Tuesday Toolbox: Landon WolfeNovember 26, 2019This year’s 4x4 Pro National Champion is Landon Wolfe, from Glenville, PA. This is the 25-year old’s first pro title. After deciding to retire from the XC1 class and full-time racing in 2017, he happened to borrow a 4x4 at Ironman and pilot it to a 4x4 Pro class win. After that, he rethought his retirement and instead switched classes.

We have three (3) 2019 KTM 300 XC-W TPI available, all of which have been refreshed and are ready for a new home. These bikes were brand new at the beginning of the 2019 season with one serving as the primary GNCC sweep bike, and two used by the RacerTV Film Crew for accessing spots to shoot racing action, and additionally help with sweep riding during the Youth races.
