Kailub Russell Extends Points Lead with a Big Win at the Unadilla GNCCSeptember 12, 2016Following a two-month summer break, the Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series returned to racing on Sunday with Round 10 of the 13-race series at the historic Unadilla MX track. FMF KTM Factory Racing’s Kailub Russell earned his seventh victory of the season to extend his points lead in the XC1 Pro class, while his teammate Kacy Martinez finished 2nd in the premier WXC class.

Today, September 11, marked the tenth round of the 42nd Annual AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship. FMF/KTM Factory Racing’s Kailub Russell continued his dominance in the XC1 Pro class where he claimed his seventh overall win of the season.

We’ve talked time and time again about how big Unadilla is and how exciting it is to return from summer break with a huge number of riders on one of the world’s most famous motocross facilities. This year looks to be just as promising with a great weather forecast and a great track laid out, Unadilla will once again be a great way to kick off the final four rounds of the season.
