IXCR Report - River Ranch

Friday, March 15, 2013 | 11:05 AM

IXCR @ river ranch Florida. Good showing for IXCR racer's especially being this race is around 1200 miles from home and with these gas prices reaching towards that $4 mark again. “Twenty Three” racer's. If I missed you I apologize. Anyone that can finish this race you have completed a great task. Florida is one of the toughest tracks you will come across, from the sand whoops and worse yet those palmetto roots. You racer's that have not had the chance yet to experience this yet, imagine putting piles of landscape timbers for about two miles cris crossed every which way and try racing over the top of them. Palmetto roots will whip your you know what. Everyone is now trying to get all of the blisters on their hands to heal, trying to get this black sand and dirt out of their gear & getting their machines all cleaned and prepped for round two in Georgia. Georgia is back to the XC racing that everyone is more familiar with real dirt, no sand whoops and most of all no palmetto roots. IXCR will have a much better turn out in Georgia so stay tuned, if you are unable to attend. GNCC also has the new live web feed this is a very cool new addition so check it out let them know what you think.

Give all of these Racer's below a big Heck YA for completing Round 1 GNCC in FL.
