18-year-old Matt Harris has been racing GNCC since 2005. He has rarely missed a race but earlier this season a cracked case ended his chance at getting at least 9 races in for the championship standings. Shortly after that he broke his jaw during a High School soccer game, so they wired it shut. The day before surgery he recorded a song for a Guitar Center Singer/Songwriter2 Contest which you can see below. The Harris family would like to share Matt's great music with the GNCC community and they're asking for your vote to help Matt stay in the contest.
