On Sunday morning, September 28th, GNCC Racer Darrin Strong was injured while racing in the Unadilla GNCC. Darin went down after the Gravity Cavity section of the course during the first lap of the 10 a.m. motorcycle race. Darrin, from Deposit, New York, races as #392 in the 200 C Schoolboy Class.
 
Darrin sustained head trauma and internal injuries in the crash and was transported to Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, New York. He is still in an induced coma and remains in critical condition.
