Tuesday Toolbox: Walker FowlerJune 4, 2019Walker Fowler has already come a long way, but according to him he still has a lot further to go. Last weekend’s Tomahawk GNCC marked his 50th overall ATV win, an impressive number by any standards! It moves him into third place on the all-time ATV wins leaderboard as well. I talked with Walker about how he got here and where he wants to go with the rest of his career. -
Tuesday Toolbox: Nikki RussellMay 29, 2019Fifteen-year-old Nikki Russell is this week’s Tuesday Toolbox. She hails from Jamestown, Tennessee and is one of the most promising up-and-coming female off-road riders in the GNCC series, if not the country. In addition to winning every single Girls class race she’s entered this year, she also placed second last year in the Tennessee Knock Out, one of the most difficult races in the country. Keep your eye on Russell, we expect that she will be doing great things over the course of her riding career! -
Tuesday Toolbox: Stewart Boys Racing FamilyMay 14, 2019The Stewart family has only been involved in GNCC racing since 2016, but I would be surprised if you haven’t seen their tent or encountered one of their riders during the ATV races on Saturday. Jason Stewart founded Stewart Boys Racing both to expose his kids to good role models and provide support to talented racers who were in need of support and sponsorship. His kids, the brothers for which the team is named, are both talented youth riders. Cooper, the oldest, races in YXC1, while his younger brother, Charlie, has won every race in YXC2 so far this year. -
Tuesday Toolbox: Austin LeeMay 7, 2019Austin Lee recently earned his first XC2 podium of the season at Camp Coker, then backed it up with a second podium finish in his home state of Indiana at the X Factor GNCC. The 22-year-old from Bedford, Indiana is currently riding for the Phoenix Honda team, a newcomer to GNCC racing. Judging from his recent results, the new team seems to be agreeing with him! -
Tuesday Toolbox: Mike WitkowskiApril 30, 2019Mike Witkowski has been a consistent front runner in the XC2 class this season, placing second last round and finishing third at two others. He originally comes from North Liberty, Indiana, which is a short 45-minute drive from the upcoming X-Factor Whitetails GNCC in Peru, Indiana. -

He attends his local high school, balancing schoolwork with the demands of top-level GNCC racing He competes in the 250 A class and hopes to win the title this year, in addition to tackling some new formats of racing in the hopes of expanding his horizons and increasing his skills on the bike. -
Tuesday Toolbox: Nat RossApril 2, 2019Nat Ross is a former pro mountain bike racer who was inducted into the hall of fame for a combination of his racing ability and leading a wave of technological innovation in the mountain biking world. He grew up in Colorado, trained with Chris Carmichael, and eventually won several national, international, and world titles. In 2008 he retired from the pro circuit but he is still an avid cyclist. He now lives in Bentonville, Arkansas, and recently joined us at The General and Steele Creek GNCC’s as a participant in the Specialized Turbo eMTB Series. Despite a busy life as the brand manager for Pirelli tires and a promoter of all thing’s mountain bike, he plans to attend several more GNCC events throughout the rest of the year, and we are honored to have him riding with us! -
Tuesday Toolbox: Hannah HunterMarch 26, 2019Hannah Hunter is from Saylorsburg, PA, finished third in WXC at The General and is just sixteen years old. Making this feature even more impressive is the fact that The General GNCC was her first ever race in the WXC class! I suspect that this is just the first step in what will be a long and successful racing career for Hunter. -
Tuesday Toolbox: Brody JohnsonMarch 19, 2019Brody Johnson earned his first-ever amateur overall as well as his first win in the 250 A class at The General GNCC. The sixteen-year-old from Landrum, South Carolina, grew up racing the series and earned three titles during his time on minibikes. Tuesday Toolbox: Steward BaylorMarch 12, 2019Steward Baylor Jr. was the winner of this year’s opening round, the Wild Boar GNCC. He’s been around this series for most of his life, and signed his first pro deal at the tender age of 14. He told us about his off-season, racing strategies, and plans for this season. Although he has struggled with injuries the last few years, it looks like his career is back on the upswing. We look for him to have a very successful GNCC season this year! -
Tuesday Toolbox: Josh TothMarch 5, 2019Former XC2 champion Josh Toth will be making his XC1 debut this coming weekend at the Wild Boar GNCC. He is one of the few XC2 riders who has made it to the overall podium from the second row, and he aims to be a regular on the XC1 podium in the upcoming season. -
Tuesday Toolbox: Maddox MoretzFebruary 26, 2019Eight-year old Maddox Moretz was the Micro Bike 50cc Sr. GNCC Champion in 2018. Recently, he added another accomplishment to an impressive resume for such a young kid – he won the San Diego KTM Supercross Challenge! The muddy conditions must have felt like home for Maddox. Both he and his five-year old brother, Mason, come from a long line of racers. While last year was the first year chasing GNCCs for the pair from Morganton, NC, we expect to see them doing great things for years to come.
