Yamaha’s GNCC University Scheduled to Return for 2020April 8, 2020Yamaha Motor Corp., USA’s, annual Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) University is scheduled to return to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia this June 24 to 26 during the 2020 GNCC series. While the racing season has been postponed, Yamaha remains committed to bringing back this inspiring and educational hands-on event for up-and-coming racers when the race series resumes.
Tuesday Toolbox: FactoryONE Sherco's Bryan Kraham & Eric SiratonApril 7, 2020In case you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t noticed, Sherco has made a huge push into off-road racing this season. For GNCCs and NEPGs they signed the Baylor Brothers, while making Cody Webb the face of their Extreme Off-Road and EnduroCross program. These are some big names, which is appropriate, given the big plans Sherco has in the works. I spoke with two Sherco representatives about these plans and the GNCC program in particular: Bryan Kraham, Sherco’s chief marketing officer, and a more familiar name to the GNCC crowd, Eric Siraton, the longtime Honda mechanic, now the new GNCC team manager and lead mechanic for FactoryONE Sherco.

Tuesday Toolbox: Jake FromanMarch 31, 2020Jake Froman is a promising 23-year old racer from Lynnville, Indiana. Despite racing and going to school full-time, he was able to earn a handful of podiums and his first FMF XC3 125cc Pro-Am class win last season. While off to a bit of a rough start this year due to a lingering knee issue, Froman should be a solid contender this year in the FMF XC3 class.
