JCR/Honda Race Report: The General GNCC

Tuesday, March 20, 2018 | 5:35 PM

Aonia Pass MX Park in Washington, Georgia was the proving ground for the third round of the highly competitive, GNCC series and it did not disappoint. Known as the “General”, presented by Maxxis, the racers were treated with a 13-mile clay based, flowing trail through the central Georgia woods, on an amazingly warm March day of 80 degrees.

Off the start, the top 4- racers locked into a head to head battle, with JCR/Honda’s Trevor Bollinger fighting his way to the front by the halfway point of lap one. Trevor exchanged places with the competition multiple times in the first half of the race. After lap 3, the JCR/Honda crew pitted Trevor for VP Fuel, fresh goggles, and RynoPower hydration. Trevor fought hard the entire race and his Eric Siraton prepped Honda CRF450RX performed flawlessly eventually finishing 4th.

"Trevor is exactly on the right path. He is showing he has the speed and consistency for this Championship. After 3 hours fo grueling GNCC racing we finished less than a min from the top position and only 1 second off the podium. Trevor has shown his heart and I am confident his time is coming soon. I want to extend a special thank you to all the staff at Honda for their support and passion to make the best products on the market. The new CRF450RX is the perfect weapon for Off-Road racing!" -- Johnny Campbell

Next up for JCR/Honda is WORCS Lake Havasu, AZ - March 23.
