DirtWise Race Report from Rd 5 of the National Enduro Series
Thursday, June 5, 2014 | 9:55 AM
Warm weather greeted riders at Round 5 of the National Enduro series held near Arrington, VA over the weekend, and Maxxis/KLIM/DirtWise KTM team rider Jesse Groemm rode to a solid 5th place finish in the Pro class.
Groemm wasn't fully satisfied with his race result, saying, "I started with 2nd place in use first test, but then I got lost in the 2nd test which lost me about a minute in time, and really messed my day up. For the remaining sections I had some good test scores but also some average ones. I've had enough of finishing fifth, it annoys the hell out of me, and it gets me so angry. I just want to win so bad - it's going to happen soon!"
The next racing commitment for the Maxxis/KLIM/DirtWise KTM Race team will see Jesse Groemm and Jason Thomas competing in Rd. 8 of the GNCC series in Ohio this coming weekend.
