GNCCRacing.com: Hey Braxton, how's it going today?
So how have you been spending your winter break so far?
For those who don't know you, tell us a little about yourself.
How did you get started racing?
What brought you to the GNCC Series?
So tell us how your 2012 season went.
How did it feel to end up with the 85 (12-15) class championship?
I was more excited than anything. It was a major accomplishment and I was glad that all of my hard work and dedication had finally paid off. Any championship feels good, but between the bike problems and the level of competition in the class, it made it feel even more rewarding.
Chris [Venditti] is a strong rider and Zack [Ponder] really picked it up through the season. All of my fellow racers gave it their all which made for some tough competition, especially when I could never get a holeshot and seem to start middle of the pack every race.
What was your favorite race of the season and what made it great?
Speaking of championships, how did it feel to be part of the State Championship team from North Carolina?
So what are your plans for 2013?
What do you hope to accomplish in 2013?
What about beyond 2013. What do you hope to accomplish in the future?
Alright, before we wrap this up, who would you like to thank?
First of all God for keeping me safe, my mom and dad, Jimmy and Eloise Raynor, Pat and Shirley McDowell. Also, Kennedy Brothers Inc, Beulaville Pharmacy, A&H Home Improvements, DCPWA, Lynn Mobley, Doug Pierson, Catherine Kennedy, Decal Works, FTI Racing, M&M Farms, Tarheel Hardware, Wholesale Enterprises, Woods Fence Company, Vance Earl Racing, Jason Raines, Deans Auto Sales and everyone that pulled for me each and every race.
