U.S. World Trophy Team Makes History by Winning the International Six Days Enduro for the First TimeOctober 18, 2016The 91st running of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE), the longest-running team world championship in off-road motorcycling, took place October 11-16 in Navarra, Spain. After an intense battle against all possible conditions, the U.S. World Trophy Team rose to the occasion, winning the ISDE World Trophy for the first time in our nation’s history.

Once a year, nations from all over the world send their best off-road riders to compete in this long, grueling race across every kind of terrain imaginable. Covering over 150 miles a day for six-days straight, it really is like the Olympics of off-road racing. Team USA has been attending for over 50 years and although they’ve been close, they’ve never been able to get the win. That all changed when our team of Taylor Robert, Kailub Russell, Thad Duvall, and Layne Michael took top honors this year in Spain.
Racer X Online - Ryan Sipes' ISDE Update: One Day Left, Team USA In ControlOctober 15, 2016Chaos reigned on Day 5 of ISDE 2016, and thankfully (finally!), Team USA was not one of the teams involved. Coming into the day, we held a one and a half minute lead over Italy. Comfortable, but not a sure thing. It all changed when Italian rider Manuel Monni crashed in the first test of the day, breaking his hand and ending his week. In this year's rules, every rider's score counts, so losing even one guy from your team means your country is out of the running. By day's end, Team USA was almost four minutes ahead of second place in the World Trophy standings. It's a nice margin with only one day left in the event.
