Tuesday Toolbox: Johnny GallagherMay 23, 2017Johnny Gallagher is a familiar face for fans at the GNCC races. He has been pursuing the series for many years and competing in the XC1 Pro class for 23 of those years. In addition to racing his YFZ 450R at every round, he also fills in as an announcer for the GNCC LIVE bike race on Sunday’s in addition to being mechanic for defending WXC bike champion, Becca Sheets. This past weekend, at the muddy and brutal X-Factor GNCC, he finally captured his first-ever premier class win at the age of 39.

FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Battles Through Muddy Conditions at The X-Factor GNCCMay 22, 2017After two consecutive days of rainfall in the Midwest, the FMF KTM Factory Racing Team went to battle on Sunday for some of the toughest conditions in recent Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series history for the inaugural X-Factor GNCC. In a two-hour survival race to the finish, team riders Kailub Russell and Russell Bobbitt were able to salvage top-20 overall finishes to earn valuable points in the championship chase.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factor Racing's Thad Duvall Earns His First 2017 Win at X-Factor GNCCMay 22, 2017X-Factor Round 6 of the GNCC took place this weekend in Peru, Indiana where the area was hit with torrential rain throughout the entire race weekend. Overall conditions were some of the worst to race in due to the amount of soft and slick mud. GNCC shortened the course to four laps of seven miles, where lap times ranged between 24 and 26 minutes for top riders.
Coastal Racing ATV Team Report: X-Factor GNCCMay 22, 2017Round 5 of the Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series presented a wild weekend of racing for it's first-ever running of the X-Factor GNCC. Heavy rainfall in the days leading up to the race made for extreme conditions on the course and despite many challenges, the Coastal Racing/Answer/Maxxis/Waynesburg Yamaha ATV Team was able to come away unscathed and with valuable points in the championship chase.

Duvall Earns First Victory of 2017 Season at X-Factor GNCCMay 21, 2017After several days of rainfall in Peru, Indiana the 2017 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship, continued today, May 21, with the inaugural X-Factor GNCC. For the first time since 2013’s Mammoth GNCC, Racer Productions made the decision to combine the morning amateur race with the afternoon pro race.

Johnny Gallagher Earns First Overall Win at Inaugural X-Factor GNCCMay 20, 2017The sixth round of the 2017 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship, took place today, May 20, with the inaugural X-Factor GNCC in Peru, Indiana. With an abundance of rain taking place earlier in the morning, the track conditions were muddy creating an eventual GNCC event.
