SUBJECT: COMPETITION BULLETIN 2016-2 

RFP Re: 2016 Classes and Supplemental Rules 

In preparation for the 2016 racing season, GNCC has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for class structure and supplemental rules. All series participants and interested parties are welcome to submit proposals via email from now until Friday, Dec. 18. 

Additionally, in conjunction with the upcoming 2015 GNCC Awards Banquets, to be held Dec. 18 and 19 at the Waterfront Hotel in Morgantown, West Virginia, a series of Riders Meetings will be conducted to discuss series issues, including proposed class structure and supplemental rules. All riders and crewmembers are invited to attend, as follows:

Friday	2 p.m.	ATV Pro Riders Meeting
Saturday	9 a.m.	ATV Amateur Riders Meeting
	10 a.m.	ATV Youth Riders Meeting
	11 a.m.	Side-by-Side Riders Meeting
Saturday	2 p.m.	Bike Pro Riders Meeting
Sunday	9 a.m.	Bike Amateur Riders Meeting
	10 a.m.	Bike Youth Riders Meeting

 

Interested persons not able to attend the banquets are encouraged to submit proposals in advance of the Riders Meetings for discussion and consideration at the meetings. Following the meetings, tentative classes and supplemental rules will be issued for public comment and final approval as follows: 

Monday, Dec. 21  Tentative 2016 Class Structure and Supplemental Rules Issued For Public Comment 

Monday, Dec. 28  Public Comment Period Closes 

Monday, Dec. 31  Final 2016 Class Structure and Supplemental Rules Issued
