Quick Fill #10: This Week in GNCCMarch 10, 2016Welcome to Quick Fill. It’s official, the 2016 GNCC Racing season is underway! After a heck of an opening round in Florida, we’re now getting everything ready to go for round two, which will be our first new venue of the 2016 season. The series moves north to Sparta, Georgia this weekend, March 12, for the brand-new Maxxis Cannonball GNCC located on the popular Hill Family Farm.
JMR Racing GNCC Racing Round One Race Report: McClure Fourth at Wild BoarMarch 10, 2016The JMR / ATVriders.com backed team of Jarrod McClure and Randy Hamilton returned back to Grand National Cross Country racing this past weekend at the Wild Boar GNCC season opener in Palatka, Florida. McClure earned fourth overall for the day in the XC1 Pro class. JMR teammate Randy Hamilton secured tenth in the XC2 Pro Am class, earning valuable points, despite suffering with a preseason wrist injury.

After three hours of racing in some of the most brutal conditions, filled with whooped-out sand sections and deep mud, XC1 Pro rider Ryan Sipes prevailed to capture fifth overall in a highly competitive lineup.

JCR/Honda GNCC Round 1 Race ReportMarch 9, 2016The Kickoff to the 2016 GNCC National Series was anything but a sleeper. The race site was at the Rodman Plantation just outside of Palatka, Florida. Course conditions in Florida are usually the "oddball" of the series as the 11 mile course winds through miles of pines and palmettos, deep sand whoops and roots cover the track and is anything but smooth and easy.
