Tuesday Toolbox: Lucas and Logan GroundsMay 30, 2017Brothers Lucas and Logan Grounds are two GNCC regulars who hail from Martinsville, Indiana. The family has been pursuing the series since 2013, when the oldest brother was still on a 50cc bike. Both brothers were champions in their respective classes last year: The oldest boy, Lucas (age 12) won the 85cc 7-11 class, while his brother Logan (age 7) placed first in 50cc Junior 4-6 class. Both are seeking to defend their titles in 2017. Lucas is competing on a 2016 KTM 85cc, and is currently second in points. Logan leads his class on a 2013 Cobra 50cc. In addition, at the rounds where the Micro bikes do not compete, Logan has been moving up and competing on his 65cc for practice. We sat down with them for a group interview, two tribes style, after the X-Factor GNCC in their home state of Indiana.
Can-Am 4x4 Pro ATV racers post 1-2 finishMay 26, 2017Can-Am Renegade X xc ATV racer Kevin Cunningham, the defending 4x4 Pro class champion, won the 4x4 Pro class and 10 a.m. session overall this past weekend at a mud-soaked X Factor Grand National Cross Country event held in Peru, Ind. Cunningham used the horsepower and 4x4 capabilities of his Can-Am Renegade ATV to his advantage in the mud, winning by more than a minute. With his five wins and six podium finishes in six GNCC rounds this year, Cunningham owns a sizable 38-point lead heading into round seven of the GNCC ATV series.

Obviously this isn’t the type of week we had planned and the postponement of The John Penton GNCC originally scheduled for this weekend is not ideal but there are many factors that go into this decision. I explained many factors a few weeks ago when the X-Factor GNCC was postponed due to similar conditions. Unfortunately, I believe that a lot of folks still don’t quite understand why this decision was made.
2017 USA ISDE World, Junior and Women's Trophy Teams AnnouncedMay 25, 2017Today, the AMA released the 2017 USA ISDE World Trophy, Junior World Trophy and Women’s World Trophy Teams for the 92nd running of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE), which will be held Aug. 28 – Sept. 2, 2017 in Brive, France.
Trail Jesters Athlete Josh Toth selected for 2017 ISDE Junior World Trophy TeamMay 25, 2017For the fourth year in a row a Trail Jesters supported rider will compete in the FIM International Six Days of Enduro. Trail Jesters Athlete Josh Toth has been selected by the American Motorcyclist Association to race as a member of the Junior World Trophy team that will represent the United States in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France, this August. The ISDE is the annual FIM Enduro World Championship for national teams and is considered to be the Olympics of motorcycling.
