The 23rd annual event boasted the largest rider turnout of the season along with the chilliest temperatures of the year, but it didn’t stop the Rocky Mountain ATV*MC/KR4/Husqvarna team from coming out swinging at the season finale.

Just like that, the 2017 GNCC Racing season has come to a close. Many seem to agree that the season flew by in the blink of an eye, but for others it may have seemed to drag on. Regardless of which category you fall into, 2017 was definitely one for the record books, and I mean that quite literally. History was made in both the ATV and Bike ranks, and then additionally there was history made from the UTV crowd as well. It was also a bit of an up and down season for some folks, as some usual title contenders seemed to struggle at times. Overall, it was a great season and we hope to start 2018 on a high note.

Paul Whibley Acerbis 4 Hour Race ReportNovember 1, 2017Close but not quite... A race long battle with current NZ Cross Country Champion, Brad Groombridge, ended up with Brad taking the win. My build up to the event had not been ideal but at the conclusion of the race I was pretty satisfied with my performance. Obviously as a racer Im never happy with second but I take it this time.
Pro Graph-X Ironman Race ReportNovember 1, 2017Traci Pickens collected her 10th WXC championship at the final round of racing. Jeff Pickens and John Glauda Jr placed 1st and 2nd on the afternoon amateur podium. Charles Dawson, Greg Condon, Traci Pickens, Kenny Rich Sr, John Glauda Jr and Jeff Pickens were all victorious.
