JCR/Honda 2018 GNCC Season Opener RecapFebruary 27, 2018The GNCC season kicked off this past Sunday and the VP Racing Fuels “Big Buck” did not disappoint. Round 1 in Union, South Carolina drew capacity crowds and nearly 2000 competitors lining up to race throughout the weekend’s events. The weather was epic, with a light rain shower early Sunday to treat the racers to fantastic conditions on the 12-plus mile XC circuit.
KR4/Husqvarna Team Report: Big Buck GNCCFebruary 27, 2018After a four-month hiatus, racing picked back up at the AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) series with the 22nd running of the Big Buck GNCC in Union, South Carolina. Anticipation was at an all-time high for the green flag to wave where record breaking attendance was on hand. The KR4/Husqvarna team proved they will be top contenders in each class with multiple top ten finishes and stand out rides.
FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Sweeps Opening Round with Kailub Russell and Josh Toth up FrontFebruary 27, 2018The FMF KTM Factory Racing Team kicked off the 2018 AMA Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series in a big way on Sunday by sweeping both XC1 Open Pro and XC2 250 Pro classes at Round 1 in Union, South Carolina. Defending Overall National Champion, Kailub Russell, emerged victorious in a close battle to the finish and his teammate, Josh Toth, showed up to defend his title as well with a victory in the XC2 class. Additionally, KTM-Support riders had a good showing at the Big Buck GNCC with Steward Baylor Jr. finishing 3rd in the XC1 class and Ben Kelley finishing 2nd in XC2.

Kailub Russell Earns 48th Win at VP Racing Fuels Big Buck GNCCFebruary 26, 2018Day two of the AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series, an AMA National Championship, racing action took place today, February 25, at the Big Buck Farm in Union, South Carolina. Rain showers would take place earlier in the morning, but cloudy and cool conditions would make for the perfect conditions at the 1 p.m. pro bike start.
