Tuesday Toolbox: Ticket To Ride WinnersMay 15, 2018The Ticket to Ride giveaway was introduced in 2013. At the GNCC awards banquet the top-10 riders in each PM class and some select AM classes are entered in a drawing to win a trip to the Moab desert in Utah. Winners bring one guest along on the epic riding trip hosted by (and courtesy of) the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC crew. The two ATV and side-by-side winners will navigate the trails on UTVs, while the two motorcycle winners are loaned 450cc motorcycles for the excursion. This year’s winners who were able to attend were Dwight Pollard (4x4 pro), Colin Keegan (XC3) and Kasey Belt (Junior A/B 25+). Their trip took place last week, so GNCCRacing.com caught up with them to ask about their experiences out west.

The 11-mile course was made up of dusty but fast grass tracks and rough woods sections. The humidity made the average 23 minute laps more grueling.

FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Proves to be Unstoppable at the X-Factor GNCCMay 14, 2018The FMF KTM Factory Racing Team put forth a dominant performance on Sunday for Round 6 of the AMA Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series in Peru, Indiana. Factory teammates Kailub Russell and Josh Toth once again swept the XC1 Open Pro and XC2 250 Pro classes, respectively, as they each extended their win-streak to two-in-a-row after a grueling three-hours at the X-Factor GNCC.
Kailub Russell Comes Out on Top with X-Factor Whitetails GNCC Overall WinMay 14, 2018The 2018 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series, an AMA National Championship, continued on Sunday, May 13, with the second annual X-Factor Whitetails GNCC. Partly sunny and dry conditions welcomed the 1 p.m. race, which was a complete turnaround from last year’s race conditions. At the conclusion of the seven-lap race it was FMF/KTM Factory Racing’s Kailub Russell who took home the win in Peru, Indiana.

Jarrod McClure Takes Home X-Factor Whitetails GNCC WinMay 13, 2018The weather facing round six of the 2018 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series, an AMA National Championship, was a huge turn around from the inaugural event held at X-Factor Whitetails Hunting Ranch in Peru, Indiana last season. While rain happened to fall during the 10 a.m. event, it set the stage for prime racing conditions during the 1 p.m. pro ATV race. The drying wind and intermittent sunshine provided dry fields, which kicked up dust adding another element to what seemed like a typical GNCC style course.

Quick Fill #18: This Week in GNCCMay 10, 2018Welcome to Quick Fill. Another week is in the books and it’s time to go GNCC Racing once again. This time we make our first trip to Indiana for the second annual X-Factor Whitetails GNCC. Kailub Russell Looks to Become Victorious at X-Factor Whitetails GNCCMay 10, 2018This weekend, May 12 and 13 the 2018 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series, an AMA National Championship, returns to Peru, Indiana for the Second Annual X-Factor Whitetails GNCC. FMF/KTM Factory Racing’s Kailub Russell earned his fourth win of the season at the previous round, however he was only .620 second ahead of Rockstar Energy/Factory Husqvarna Racing’s Thad Duvall.
GNCC Heads to Indiana for Second Annual X-Factor Whitetails GNCCMay 9, 2018The 2018 AMSOIL Grand National Cross County (GNCC) Series, an AMA National Championship, resumes in Peru, Indiana for the second annual X-Factor Whitetails GNCC this weekend, May 12 and 13 after a two-week break. WFR/GBC/Fly Racing/Yamaha’s Walker Fowler took the win at the previous round, but was unsuccessful at earning the win at last year’s X-Factor Whitetails event. Fowler is looking to turn that around this year, and take home the trophy.
