Competition Bulletin 2023-5: Specialized Turbo eMTB Double-Header Scheduled for The Mountaineer GNCCAugust 17, 2023Due to inclement weather, Round 4 of the Specialized Turbo eMTB GNCC Racing Series at the John Penton GNCC in May was postponed. The round has been renamed and rescheduled for Saturday, September 16th at the GNCC in Beckley, West Virginia.
