Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green™ Battles Through the Rough Camp Coker Bullet
SOCIETY HILL, S.C. (March 30, 2026) - XC1 contender Steward Baylor led the charge for Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green™ through the challenging Camp Coker Bullet Grand National Cross Country race. Baylor got off to a mid-pack start, but quickly charged his way through the field. By Lap 2, he had made his way into the Top 3 and took over second place on the following lap. His bike ultimately had a mechanical issue due to the dusty conditions just five miles from the finish line, ending his day 12th in the class.
Nick DeFeo entered the day as the XC2 points leader. While DeFeo thrives in the roughest conditions, he was unable to find the lead pace in the fast and brutal conditions Camp Coker is known for. He battled inside the Top 5 all day and salvaged valuable points, racing to a fifth-place finish in the XC2 Class.
Josh Toth was flowing and feeling comfortable through the day before ultimately taking a hard crash that forced his early retirement from the race on the fourth lap of competition.
Next up, the team heads to Mississippi for Round 3 of the AMA National Enduro Championship.
