The Yamaha Racing Ironman:
Women’s Race Report
CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (November 12, 2025) – The largest GNCC event in history brought 50 years of racing to a close as hundreds of riders lined up across the fields of Ironman Raceway for the 2025 Yamaha Racing Ironman GNCC—the grand finale of the Progressive Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Specialized, an AMA National Championship.
Kicking things off for the final round of the season, Friday featured the eMTB racing action at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
In the Women’s class, Nicole Rupert powered her way to yet another dominant victory, officially clinching the Women’s eMTB National Championship. Alicia Meacham delivered a strong performance of her own, charging hard to claim second on the day and locking down the runner-up spot in the championship standings. Meanwhile, Bailey Menas rounded out the podium in third after an impressive charge through the pack, climbing from fifth on the opening lap to finish her season on the box.
In the Women 35+ eMTB class, Amber Boland broke through for her first win of the season, putting together a flawless ride to lead every lap and take the win. Heidi Hawkins kept the pressure on throughout the race to finish second. At the same time, Melanie Howard rounded out the podium in third with a smooth and steady performance to close out the final race of the year.
After an evening of eMTB racing on Friday, the action continued bright and early Saturday morning with the WXC quad race, as riders prepared to take on the fast Ironman course.
Osburn Off-Road/Pierce Performance/Moose Racing’s Chloe Harper would grab the early lead in the race. As the race continued, Harper would continue to charge and put a gap on the rest of the class. When the checkered flag flew for the last time for the ATV WXC, Harper would claim her ninth win of the season, showing why she’s the 2025 WXC Champion.
Osburn Off-Road/Fearless/Kenda Tire’s Hannah Hunter put together a consistent ride, maintaining the second-place position for the duration of the race. Meanwhile, Elioff Racing/BNR Motorsports/GBC Tire’s Jessica Elioff worked her way up from a fourth-place start, battling through traffic for much of the race to secure the final spot on the podium in Indiana.
Hannalyn Venesky led every lap to take the final win of the season in the Women’s class. Behind her, Alyssa Rodgers would put in a consistent ride to get her third podium of the season. Nevaeh Polly would round out the podium after battling in the top five the whole day.In the Women’s 25+ class, Nikki Howard put on a dominant ride to grab her fourth win of the season. Behind her, Sarah Parkhurst would finish second on the day.
In the Women’s C class, Emma Howell would take home her second win of the season after leading every lap. Jala Mace battled up from fifth on the first lap to finish second, while Ella Shriver rounded out the podium with a third.
Sunday morning’s WXC Bike start carried high stakes, with the National Championship still up for grabs and plenty of tension in the air as riders charged off the line for one final battle in Crawfordsville.
Rockstar Energy Factory Husqvarna Racing’s Korie Steede came through the first lap in the lead, with FMF KTM Factory Racing Landers’ Brandy Richards and Rocky Mountain Red Bear Kawasaki Team Green’s Rachael Archer close behind and applying pressure early on.
Steede and Richards would begin to pull away from Archer as the race went on, swapping positions multiple times throughout the remaining laps as they battled for the top spot. When the checkered flag flew, Steede would come in scoring just 1.7 in front of Richards. With her victory, Steede not only secured the 2025 WXC GNCC National Championship but also etched her name into the history books during the 50th year of GNCC Racing.
Archer would finish out the day in third, which ended her hunt for her fourth straight WXC championship. Archer would finish out the season second in points.
Megan Davis would end her season on a strong note, earning her fourth win of the year in the Women’s Bike class to close out the 2025 season. Bailey Walker would come in just under two minutes behind Davis to grab her first second place of the season. Calli Propst would finish third on the day.
In the Women’s 30+ class, Mardi Ream would take home her first win of the season. Emily Hoffman charged up from fifth to finish second, while Brittany Lemke rounded out the podium with a third. Paisley Bland took the win in the Women C class while Madison Harmon came in second. Paisley Harris rounded out the podium with a third.
Backtracking to the Youth ATV racing action, in the Schoolgirl class, Jenna Berg would take the final win of the season with Lakah Carr finishing behind her in second place, and Adeline Nicely finishing third on the day. Bralynn Mathis would take home her first win of the season in the Girls Sr. 12-15 Class. Emma Edwards would battle up from third to take second on the day, with Rylee Dobins finishing third.
After coming through second on the opening lap, Lydia Arnold would make her way into the lead to take the final win of the 2025 season in the Girls Jr. 8-11 class. Baylee Wright took home second place, with Kynlee Bowman taking third.
During Saturday evening’s Youth Bike race, Jayden Shea delivered a dominant performance to take the win in the Girls Supermini class. Paisley Bland took second on the day after battling in the top four throughout the race. Ky Pollak would take home a third place to end the 2025 season.
Vaida Lavergne took home the win in the Girls 85 class, winning by almost five minutes. Kendall Bierly got her first podium of the year with a second-place finish, and Baylee Arsenault rounded out the podium in third. Jhorjie Walker would finish out her 2025 season with another win in the Girls 65 class, finishing over a minute ahead of the competition. Matilda Revoyr would take second on the day, and Maura Tsakanikas rounded out the podium with a third.
As the checkered flags fell on the 2025 Yamaha Racing Ironman GNCC, the conclusion of GNCC’s 50th anniversary season marked not just the end of a historic year but a celebration of how far the sport has come. From eMTB to WXC, and from youth to veteran racers, the 2025 season finale showcased the heart, determination, and relentless drive that have defined GNCC Racing for half a century. With women’s racing continuing to grow stronger and more competitive each year, the future of GNCC looks brighter than ever as it heads into the next chapter of off-road racing history.
