GNCC Racing Family Mourns the Loss of Matthew Blankenship

Racer Productions is saddened to hear about the passing of GNCC racer, Matthew Blankenship, of Greenwood, Indiana, whose life was cut short at the age of 19 this past Saturday, October 25, 2020. Matthew had been a part of the GNCC family since his first race in 2014 at the Limestone 100 where he raced in the Schoolboy (13-15) C class finishing 16^th in his class.

In 2018 Matthew earned the College A ATV National Championship after earning five class wins and nine top-10 finishing positions. Matthew moved up to the XC2 Pro-Am class in 2019, finishing out the year 8^th in the class. Matthew finished second in his home state of Indiana at round 5, X-Factor GNCC, last year.
