June 7, 2020 -- FMF/RPM/KTM Racing Team Maxxis riders will compete in Rd. 6 of the GNCC Series at High Point Raceway in Mt. Morris, PA.: 

Lynden, WA -- FMF/ RPM/ KTM Racing Team Maxxis is proud to announce our KLiM Athlete team riders Dante Oliveira and Mateo Oliveira will compete in the Rd. 6 GNCC Series event at High Point Raceway, Mt. Morris, PA on June 14^th. 

If all goes well at Rd. 6 the Oliveira brothers will stay for Rd. 7.

KliM Athlete, Dante Oliveira: 20 yrs old. Hollister, CA. KTM 450 XC F. Dante will compete in the XC 1 class at GNCC. Dante is currently 2^nd in the WORCS series Pro Championship points chase and won the first Sprint Enduro round in 2020. Dante had some great successes in 2019. He finished the ISDE in Portugal with a Club Team Gold Medal and the number One Club rider from the USA. Dante finished 2^nd in the 2019 WORCS Championship and 3^rd in the Sprint Hero Championship. He also won two big rider turn out events. The Virginia City GP and the Odessa, WA Desert 100 with over 2,500 entries.

Dante: “We have been practicing and training every day. The racing action in the West has been slow to get going so we decided to go do some GNCC events to gain exposure for our sponsors that have been with us through these challenging times. I am very excited to give GNCC a try”.

Team Owner, Mike Hurlbert: “Dante Oliveira has been with our team for 4 years. His diversified skills and talent have amazed me. GNCC is always a challenge to riders that are new to the series. Dante is up for the challenge. I predict he will do well right out of the gate”.

KLiM Athlete, Mateo Oliveira: 18 yrs old. Hollister, CA. KTM 250 XC F. Mateo is the younger brother to Dante Oliveira. Mateo will compete in the GNCC XC 2 class. Mateo is the current WORCS Pro 2 Points Championship leader and fresh off a WORCS Pro 2 win at the last round in Mesquite, NV. In 2019 Mateo won the WORCS Pro 2 lights Championship, Sprint Hero Open A Championship and the AMA NGPC Series Pro 2 Championship.

Mateo: “I can’t wait to give GNCC a try. Dante and I are exited to represent our team and sponsors at GNCC events in 2020”.

Team Owner - Mike Hurlbert: “Mateo Oliveira has impressed me with his desire to win and ability to perform at multiple disipline race series events. He won 3 different series Championships in 2019. I am pretty sure Mateo will perform well at GNCC. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him on the podium”.
