Moto-Master Riders Secure XC1 And WXC Championships

MOTO-MASTER RIDERS SECURE XC1 and WXC CHAMPIONSHIPS

St. Clairsville, OH: Despite a shoulder injury, and not feeling 100% fit, Kailub Russell (now the winningest GNCC motorcycle racer of all time) pushed through the pain to secure the 2018 Grand National Cross Country Series Championship. Not only does this championship mark the 6^th premier class title of Russell’s illustrious career, all 6 have been back-to-back!

With the title secured one round early, Russel will now sit the final round in Crawfordsville Indiana out, while he begins to recover from previously sustained injuries.

Meanwhile, in the AM bike class, Tayla Jones secured her second consecutive WXC championship 2 rounds early at the Mason-Dixon in Mt. Morris, PA. Jones, who is now completing her second season racing full time in the USA, has been a nearly unstoppable force in women’s professional offroad racing, and will look to defend her title once again despite talented and fierce opposition.

Jones will soon be heading to Chile for the ISDE to represent her home nation of Australia. Best of luck Tayla!
