Chris Bach battled his way to victory at the newly formed
Crossroads XC in Salem Indiana!
Crossroads XC is a new race series in Indiana that just started this year. This new series features a fresh spin on Harescramble style racing. Featuring a shorter and much faster course, utilizing MX tracks with tight woods and GP style trails. It makes for some great racing action.

It was HOT 90+ degrees and "California Dusty!" I had a decent start today with the other 10 or 12 pros on the pro line. I focused on sprinting to the front and by the start of lap 3 I had taken the lead. From there I was then able to keep my pace and use the dust to my advantage and open up a gap, which I maintained to the finish. Chris Douglas 2nd and Mike Witkowski 3, kept things interesting and joined me on the podium at the end of the race.. It was a great race and I look forward to doing another one.
"You can tell how much someone enjoys doing something by how much they do it when they don't have to. Chris shows us over and over that he is just a passionate racer through and through racing because he loves it first and foremost!. I appreciate and respect that about him very much. Chris has been racing quite a bit during the GNCC summer off-season. Nothing can replace seat time as great training. The next race is Unadilla about a month away and we are all looking forward to a great return to racing and focused on finishing off the 2015 GNCC championship strong!" -- Johnny Campbell
