Morgantown, W. Va. (June 13, 2012) ”â There are still openings available for the motorcycle portion of this year’s GNCC University, taking place in conjunction with the Motosport.com Snowshoe GNCC, June 23 and 24 at Snowshoe Resort in West Virginia. Led by Yamaha’s top off-road ATV and motorcycle racers, the two-day riding school begins Wednesday, June 20 with Orientation and check-in and classes take place Thursday and Friday.
The ATV portion of GNCC U, lead by Dean of ATVs and 9-Time GNCC Champion Bill Ballance, has filled up and there are currently no spots available. Students already signed up will learn from Yamaha Racing ATV instructors, including 2011 XC2 champ Walker Fowler, Taylor Kiser, 8-Time GNCC Champion Traci Cecco and Johnny Gallagher.
“We are extremely pleased to have filled up every spot for the ATV portion of GNCC U,”à said Ballance. “Although we do wish we could accommodate more students, we have found over the years that limiting it to 40 gives students the opportunity to get proper one-on-one instruction and really get the most for their money.”Ã

Led by 7-Time AMA National Enduro Champion Randy Hawkins, this year's Yamaha Racing bike instructors include 6-Time AMA National Hare Scramble Champion Jason Raines, 2009 XC1 Champion Paul Whibley, XC1 competitor Jordan Ashburn and XC2 competitors Brad Bakken and Jedediah Haines.
