2008 GNCC National Number Reservation Program

Beginning January 2, 2008

EARNED NUMBER CONFIRMATION REQUEST
Riders earning National Numbers in 2007 are ranked and have been assigned National Numbers accordingly. However, it is not uncommon for riders to request a different number for competition. This results in many unused numbers throughout the racing season.

To help alleviate problems, we request that all riders that have earned national numbers contact GNCC Racing and confirm that they will be using their assigned national number. Or, in the event they desire to use a different number, that they so request.

Beginning January 8, 2008

NUMBER RESERVATION REQUEST
Riders who participated in at least six (6) events in 2007 may request a number.

Beginning February 1, 2008

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
Riders who do not meet the above requirements for various reasons (i.e., injury) but who met the same requirements in the 2006 series, may submit a request citing the reasons why they did not meet the requirements and requesting a reserved number. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

After 4 rounds in 2008

Once riders have competed in 4 rounds of the 2008 GNCC series, they may request a number for the remainder of the season, so long as their intent is to compete in a least 9 events.

Process to Reserve Number:
To reserve a number, email [email protected] or send a fax to 304.284.0081.

Include all of the information below:

1. FULL NAME (First and Last)
2. AMA/ATVA MEMBERSHIP CARD NUMBER
3. Indicate Bike or ATV
4. CLASS
5. NUMBER CHOICE
   Send three (3) selections in order of preference.
6. ADDRESS (Street, City, State and Zip)
7. PHONE NUMBER (with Area Code)
8. EMAIL ADDRESS

We will send you an email confirmation of your number request.
