If tickets are purchased online, please download, screenshot or add to phone wallet before you get to the gate for easier and faster access. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable.
PIT VEHICLE GUIDELINES & RULES:
- SxS, Golf Carts, eBikes w/out throttles, bicycles and utility quads permitted.
- Max. width of 65” allowed.
- No motorized vehicles with mini pit bikes, atvs, turbo SxS, electric bicycles with a throttle or any listed vehicles in the chart below are permitted.
- Pit vehicles are permitted for the convenience of ADULTS (18+) only and may be operated by PERMIT ONLY.
- All passengers must be seated
- Race machines may not be used as pit vehicles at any time during the event.
- Pit vehicles must be used responsibly and are strictly prohibited from entering the woods or accessing the racecourse, and may not be used to carry any tools, tires, parts, gear, fuel cans, pit boards, etc., that can be used to assist a racer in any manner during the race.
- Crew members are prohibited from using pit vehicles or any licensed motor vehicle during their racer’s race, or to access the racecourse via public roads.
- Pit vehicles may not be operated in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner and may not be operated by anyone under the influence of alcohol.
- Pit vehicle use is a privilege, not a right, which privilege can be revoked or terminated for any or no reason at the sole discretion of Racer Productions
- Unauthorized pit vehicles will be confiscated.
- Violation of any of the above rules is grounds for penalty, including but not limited to confiscation of pit vehicle, disqualification of racer, and/or ejection from facility.
- Pit Vehicle Curfew is 10 PM.

Admission
GNCC Racing issues wristbands for admission to our events, which can be purchased at the Front Gate. No advance purchase is necessary. Wristbands are valid for the entire weekend and should not be removed. Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances. Wristbands obtained from sources other than GNCC Racing may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and will not be honored. GNCC Racing is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or misplaced wristbands. Kids 3 & Under are FREE.
Season Pass Credential
Season Credentials are available to anyone and will be customized for “Rider”, “Crew” or “Guest”. A credential is good for weekend gate admission Friday through Sunday at all 2026 events. The cost for a Season Pass credential is $500 for Adults (12+) and $250 for Kids (4-11). Credentials are non-refundable. Age Requirements for a Season Credential is 4 years old. GOVX Discounts
Tickets are available for all 13 GNCC events in the 2026 season. A $5 discount off each ticket is currently being offered with a maximum availability of 4 tickets per order. Check out the link below and claim your discounted tickets today. These tickets will be offered to current and former military members, first responders, law enforcement, and healthcare workers online. Click HERE for the discounted tickets.

Admission Refunds
GNCC Racing does not refund or exchange tickets under any circumstances. Tickets purchased online are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another event. Passes issued for a postponed event will be honored on the rescheduled date.
Race Registration Refunds
If you register at the track, you must return to Rider Registration before the race you are entered in finishes and withdraw to obtain your refund. Refunds will not be given after the race is finished.
If you pre-registered online for the event, they are transferable from one event to another but are not refundable. If you picked up your event numbers and stickers, but decide to NOT race, you must come to Rider Registration and withdraw from the event. If you pre-registered for an event but are unable to attend, just contact us and we will transfer your entry to the next event. Otherwise, entries are non-refundable. Entries will not transfer over to the next year.
