Parts Unlimited Mason-Dixon GNCC Set for Three Days of Racing in Pennsylvania
eMTB, ATV and Motorcycle Racers Ready to Take on the Mason-Dixon Line
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (October 1, 2026) – The Progressive Grand National Cross Country (GNCC Racing) Series, an AMA National Championship, returns to action this weekend, October 2-4, with the Parts Unlimited Mason-Dixon GNCC in Mount Morris, Pennsylvania. Round 11 of the 2026 season will bring racers and fans to Mathews Farm for three days of competition featuring Progressive eMTB racing on Friday and Saturday, ATV racing throughout Saturday and motorcycle racing on Sunday.
Located just across the road from the iconic High Point Raceway, Mathews Farm has become a familiar stop on the GNCC calendar since returning to the schedule in 2018. The Mason-Dixon course offers one of the most unique challenges of the season as competitors race across the historic Mason-Dixon Line, with portions of the course winding through both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Racers can expect the more open, flowing terrain and rolling hills of Pennsylvania to transition into tighter trails and steeper hills once they cross into West Virginia before making their way back toward the finish in Pennsylvania.
The weekend's racing action gets underway Friday afternoon with the Progressive eMTB competition at 4 p.m. The Mason-Dixon serves as a doubleheader stop for the 2026 eMTB championship, with racers returning to the course Saturday afternoon at 5 p.m. for the second race of the weekend. With two rounds packed into one weekend, Mount Morris will provide an important opportunity for eMTB competitors to make their mark as the championship heads into its final stretch.
ATV Racing Takes Center Stage Saturday
Saturday morning will bring the roar of four wheels to Mathews Farm as ATV competitors take over the course. The day begins with 50cc Micro ATV racing at 8 a.m., 50cc Micro Bike at 8:45 a.m., followed by the Youth ATV race at 9:30 a.m. The Amateur ATV competitors will line up at 11 a.m. for their two-hour battle before the premier Pro ATV race takes the green flag at 2 p.m.
With the 2026 championship entering its closing rounds, every position will matter as the ATV contenders tackle the demanding Mason-Dixon terrain. The combination of fast, flowing sections, tight woods and challenging hills will put both rider and machine to the test as racers battle their way across two states in pursuit of the checkered flag.
Saturday's activities won't end when the Pro ATV race concludes. The second Progressive Turbo eMTB race of the weekend will take place at 5 p.m., followed by ePeeWee STACYC Racing at 6 p.m. Fans and racers can also enjoy the annual Mowgli Memorial Dog Show presented by Paws Up! Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m.
Motorcycles Close Out the Weekend Sunday
Two wheels will take over on Sunday as the motorcycle racers get their chance to conquer Mathews Farm. Youth Bike racing will kick off the day at 8 a.m., followed by the Amateur Bike race at 10 a.m. The weekend will culminate with the three-hour Pro Bike race beginning at 1 p.m., sending some of the sport's fastest off-road racers into the Pennsylvania and West Virginia woods.
The Mason-Dixon event will be non-points-paying for the PM Bike Overall including XC1 Open Pro and XC2 250 Pro, while in the AM race it will be non-points-paying for the WXC class due to the schedule conflict with the FIM 6DAYS in Portugal. While championship points will not be awarded to those classes at Mason-Dixon, the Overall and WXC Pro purses will still be paid, ensuring there will still be plenty to race for when the green flag flies Sunday afternoon.
The decision to make the event non-points-paying for these classes also reflects an important part of GNCC Racing's heritage. Patriotism has long been woven into the fabric of the series, with the American flag proudly represented at events and each race beginning with the playing of the national anthem. As the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary in 2026, GNCC Racing believes it is especially important to support the athletes who are called upon to represent their country on the international stage.
By making Mason-Dixon a non-points event for the affected professional classes, GNCC racers competing for Team USA at 6DAYS will not be forced to choose between representing their country and protecting their championship aspirations at home. The decision allows those selected to wear the red, white and blue in Portugal with the full support of the GNCC Racing community while their fellow competitors take on the Mason-Dixon course in Mount Morris.
From eMTBs kicking off the weekend on Friday to the ATV battles on Saturday and motorcycles closing out the action Sunday, the Parts Unlimited Mason-Dixon GNCC is set to deliver a full weekend of cross-country racing. With its unique two-state racecourse and the championship season quickly approaching its conclusion, Mount Morris will once again provide a fitting backdrop for another memorable weekend of GNCC Racing.
