What was your favorite part about being a part of the KTM Junior Supercross experience?

Deegan Deel: Getting to race on the same track as the Pro Riders in front of all the fans.

Carson Zink: My favorite part of KTM Junior Supercross was being able to sign posters for fans like the pros.

Peyton Austin: Riding in the stadium where all the pros race.

How did it feel to line up and ride on a real Supercross track, with so many fans in the stands cheering you on?

Deegan Deel: It was so much fun, definitely a memory I will remember forever.

Carson Zink: It was really cool to line up on the track with all the fans in the stands, made me really happy to be able to be there for the experience.

Peyton Austin: I had so much fun!

Now that you’ve had a taste of Supercross, do you see yourself wanting to do more motocross races, or are you planning to stick with GNCC and woods racing for now?

Deegan Deel: I've raced both the past few years, we would race the wild boar GNCC, then head straight over to Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross. My family has met a lot of great families doing both. Me and my brother race Full Gas Off-Road, which is moto and woods with a 2-moto format, so it's the best of both worlds.

Carson Zink: I’d like to do a mixture of both. I want to get more experience racing motocross but I like racing the woods too.

Peyton Austin: I want to race everything!

Who are some of the riders you look up to and why?

Deegan Deel: I’ve met a lot of racers and they all have been extremely nice to me. The way they have crafted the sport its hard to just pick one.

Carson Zink: Aaron Plessinger- he shreds on a bike and used to ride woods too which is cool, and I like that he wears the cowboy hat at the races. Chase Sexton- he is a good rider and I look up to him and how well he rides. Thad Duvall at GNCC for pushing through injuries all year and his determination to the sport. He’s always nice and welcoming at the races.

Finally, these things don’t happen without support. Who are the people and sponsors you'd like to thank, both for making the Supercross opportunity possible and for supporting you in GNCC as well?

Deegan Deel: #1 My family they pave the way for me to enjoy this amazing sport. Battery Park Off-road for giving me a place to ride and always being supportive. Triangle Cycles for always having what we need to keep racing and being honest great people. Maynard Racing Performance for putting incredible suspension on my 50s Ron Ayers Motorworks for always keeping the Motors in the bikes running its best. Cor Moto Graphics for keeping all the bikes looking great with fresh graphics. MX Sports and everyone who works so hard to make these races happen it definitely doesn't go unnoticed Thank You!! KTM USA for all the opportunities they have provided, they have a great team, and I will forever be grateful for everything they have done! Fly Racing, 100%, Dunlop, 6D Helmets & Alpinestars.
