Ninth Annual Mowgli Memorial Dog Show Presented by Paws Up! Set to
Take Place at Parts Unlimited Mason-Dixon GNCC
 

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (May 29, 2024) – The Progressive Grand National Cross Country (GNCC Racing) Series presented by Specialized, an AMA National Championship, is excited to host its 9th Annual Mowgli Memorial Dog Show this weekend at the Parts Unlimited Mason-Dixon GNCC event. The Memorial Dog Show will be on Saturday, June 1st at 7:30 pm.

This year the show will be presented by Paws Up! out of Bridgeport, West Virginia. They will have a panel of judges for the show that will look at each dog’s appearance, agility (performance, obstacles) and attire (clothing, costume, etc). There will be six classes offered this year including XC1 (100lb+), XC2 (50-99lb), XC3 (15-49lb), Micro (1-15lb), Novice (0<1yr) and Masters (7yr+).

Racing kicks off on Friday at 4 pm with the first of two Specialized eMTB races for the weekend. On Saturday morning Micro ATV and Bike racers will take to the course first, followed by the youth ATV race at 9:30 am. Then the 4x4 Pro, WXC and amateur ATV racers take off at 11 am, followed by the Professional and top amateur racers hitting the course at 2 pm. On Saturday evening, the second Specialized eMTB race will take place at 5 pm, followed by some special events that night including an ePeeWee (STACYC) race at 6 pm and then the 9th Annual Mowgli Memorial Dog Show. Sunday will see youth motorcycle racers take off at 8 am, followed by WXC and amateur racers at 10 am and the Professional and top amateur motorcycle racers at 1 pm.

Catch GNCC Pro ATV and Motorcycle Racing free via RacerTV.com all season long. Pro ATV Racing starts Saturday’s at 2pm ET, with the exception of Big Buck, Snowshoe and Ironman events where they will start at 1pm ET. GNCC Pro Motorcycle Racing will begin at 1pm ET on Sunday’s.
