Copake Lake, N.Y. (October 24, 2022) - The Trail Jesters KTM Next Generation (NextGen) program supports the development and racing progression of select youth riders in the AMA Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series. Today we are announcing the two New England riders that were selected for the 2023 KTM NextGen program.

Jiggs Fustini: Jiggs is 13 years old and hails from Connecticut. Jiggs will run the GNCC YXC2 Super Mini Jr. class in 2023 on a KTM 105cc SX. Jiggs is a multi time JDay Offroad youth champion. 2022 is Jiggs' third year of GNCC youth racing where he has made the podium an impressive 29 out of 34 races over this period. Jiggs placed second in points for the 2022 YXC2 National Championship.

Addie Harris: Addison (Addie) is a 14 year old Rhode Island native and will compete in the GNCC Girls Senior class in 2023 on a KTM 105cc SX. Addie is a multi time JDay Offroad, NETRA and Carolina XC girls champion. This was Addie’s first full year of GNCC competition where she wrapped up the 2022 Girls Senior National Championship in nine rounds.

Trail Jesters Owner, Ross Mauri: “Youth riders are key to the future of our sport. The KTM NextGen program is one way we can help build towards that future. Riders are selected based on demonstrated technical skill, mental strength, physical fitness and personal character. I have enjoyed watching both Jiggs and Addie progress this year and very much look forward to having them in the NextGen program for 2023.”

Program Sponsors: KTM, FMF Racing, Moose Racing, Alpinestars, Parts Unlimited, Edelmann Sales, TF Racing Suspension, P3 Carbon, SpecBolt and Power of the Mind.

We are pleased to partner with Steve Hatch Racing for rider training and coaching.
