Obermeyer/MCS Racing Suzuki Team IXCR Race Report

With the GNCC National series on summer break, Ricky Russell stays on track and takes his Suzuki RM-Z450 to victory during round seven at IXCR.  Several factory supported riders were on the starting line with Russell, but the Suzuki pilot was able to control the two hour race.

Russell ended the day with a 2:34 lead over his nearest competitor.  During his podium interview Russell said, "The heat and humidity was a good test and I look forward to the next race."  Russell was able to complete a full lap ahead of all but 6 racers entered in the event. 

The Obermeyer/MCS Racing Suzuki Team will be competing with the Crossroads Racing Series in Casey, Illinois on July 24th.
