The 2015 season of the AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship, will begin on March 7 with the Moose Racing Wild Boar in Palatka, Florida. As in years past, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC will have strong presence as a GNCC sponsor and through related programs.
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is considered the official online retailer of GNCC Racing as well as the title sponsor of round 7, the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Mountaineer Run, on May 23-24. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is also a TV sponsor, helping to bring high-quality RacerTV GNCC episodes to both NBC Sports and RacerTV.com.
The Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Fast Track registration service will also return for 2015. Participants may pre-register for upcoming GNCC Racing events using the system. Aside from speeding up the check-in process at the races, the Fast Track system also rewards users with a $20 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC gift card. The Fast Track registration service is currently available for the first nine rounds of the 2015 season. Subsequent rounds will become available at a later date.
“We are very fortunate to have a great partner in Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Their passion for GNCC runs deep, and their commitment to our racing families is second to none,” said GNCC Director Tim Cotter. “In 2014, over $107,000 in gift cards was paid to pre-entered GNCC racers throughout the year. Rocky Mountain’s continued support of the Fast Track registration program is testimony to their commitment to our series and the GNCC Racin’ Nation.”
New for this year, GNCC Racing participants will receive Race Recovery emails after each event. These emails will direct users to relevant pages on the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC website, where they will be able to browse through a carefully chosen selection of parts and accessories that are commonly replaced by GNCC racers between rounds.
Also new for 2015 is Rocky Mountain ATV/MC’s sponsorship of the KR4/FAR pro racing team and the KR4 Arrive-N-Ride amateur program. The Rocky Mountain ATV/MC KR4/FAR race team will feature Thad Duvall in the XC1 Pro motorcycle class and Nick Davis in the XC2 Pro Lites class. The Rocky Mountain ATV/MC KR4 Arrive-N-Ride program brings a high level of support to amateur GNCC riders, providing assistance such as bike transportation, race prep, mechanic services, trackside hospitality and much more.
“With our various levels of sponsorship with GNCC Racing and our sponsorship of the KR4 programs, we are more firmly involved with GNCC than ever before,” said Dan Thomas, CEO and founder of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. “We strongly believe in both the GNCC organization and the numerous racers who make it as great as it is, and we are pleased to be an integrated sponsor to make it better than ever in 2015.”
