Weather didnt seem like it was going to cooperate the week of the IXCR round at Bakers camp but Mother nature was in the mood for some bar banging, tree rubbin, throttle pinned racing. Track tacked up near perfect and 750+ racers hit the track over the two day event.
This event featured the "IXCR Pro Challenge" in which the entire Pro class started last and if they could become overall physical and time adjusted winner they would win more cold hard cash. Bike pros and atv pros both did it. With Austin Lee, Derik Allen, and Callan May topping the bike podium pictured here. Marshal Goings, Cody Collier and Raymond Humphrey topped the ATV Podium.
This weekend is the IXCR Father's Day race in Medora, IN. This event is always a good time and starting to become a tradition. A great way to enjoy the weekend and say "thanks" to the dad's out there giving so much to help their kids race. Saturday features a full day of racing with Peewee Bikes/quads, Intermediate bikes/quads, SXS all hitting the track. Saturday also features the fun "panty" race where racers race in teams and have to swap "panties" each lap in the marked pit area. This is always a great time.
IXCR salutes all the dad's out there working so hard to make it fun and teach the kids all about racing and life. Here one of the IXCR dads gives a last minute pep talk before the start of the race.
