Racer Productions Mourns the Loss of Multi-Time GNCC Champ Duane Conner's wife Monica Lynn Conner

Racer Productions mourns the loss of Multi-Time GNCC Champion Duane Conner's wife, Monica Lynn Conner, who passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014. Mrs. Conner is also survived by her nephew, two-time 2013 Loretta Lynn’s National Champion, Aaron Plessinger.
Mrs. Conner attended Abundant Life Baptist Church in South Strabane Township. She loved spending time with her family, and especially loved watching her children participate in sports activities.
On May 23, 2000, in Jamaica, she married Duane Conner, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Joshua and Nathan Conner, both of Houston; a brother, Joey (Adrienne) Deaton of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Gena Deaton of West Chester, Ohio, and Angela R. (Scott) Plessinger of Hamilton; a sister, Alexandra (Jerod) Myers of St. Simon Island, Ga.; her maternal grandmother, Marjorie Cowan of Hamilton; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; many friends; her in-laws, Donald and Janet Conner of Washington, Daryl (Kristen) Conner, and Dawn (Brian) Zendt; and her grandmother-in-law, Frances Wylie. Deceased is her maternal grandfather, Clarence Cowan.
Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, with Pastor Jeffrey Diedrich officiating. Interment will follow.
