Round 10 of the GNCC was held at the famous Unadilla MX track in New Berlin, NY. With some rain in the morning the track was in perfect shape for record breaking numbers. Team Shenandoah Honda/USWE-sports/com rider Thad Duvall decide again to field his Honda 250 F after winning in Unadilla last year on a 450. The 250 started on its first kick and Duvall headed into the woods in 6th place. Quickly making some passes he come through in 4th place after the second lap. Soon into the fourth lap he had to slow down his pace and even take a short cut to the pits, to get his rear wheel replaced that was failing. Losing over 7 minutes he continue the race just into the top 20 Overall. Determined to make up the lost time, Duvall passed several riders for 16th place overall and 9th in the XC1 class.

Duvall: “We really don’t know what happened to the rear wheel, before I knew it I had to go back to the pits to get a new wheel. It cost me a lot of time that I was not able to make up. We will regroup and get ready for the next GNCC race. I would like to thank all sponsors for supporting me."
