Atlas Cycles / Stickman Graphx Report - Steele Creek

The Atlas Cycles / Stickman Graphx offroad race team traveled to the hills of North Carolina at Steele Creek for round 3 of the Amsoil Grand National Cross Country Series.  The weather was perfect which made for excellent track conditions.  Team racer, Matthew Nix had another great ride finishing 1st in the 250 A class, giving him the points lead.  Dylan Stout also had a good day in the 250 A class.  Stout raced strong and hard for a 15th place class finish.  Ryan Wall, racing the 250 A class put in some strong, consistent laps for a 19th place class finish.  

Wes Keller had a great day of racing in the 4-stroke A Lites class.  He raced hard all day and snagged a 6th place class finish. 

Jesse Robinson raced the XC1 Pro class and got a 17th place finish after stopping to assist fellow racer, Shenandoah Honda's Thad Duvall who took a nasty spill early on in the race.  Lucas Statom made his GNCC team debut at Steele Creek in the XC2 Pro Lites class after being out with an injury.  Statom raced hard all day for a 23rd place finish. 

         The team will be back at it for more racing action in Union, SC for Round 4 of the GNCC series.
