Round three of the AMA Rekluse National Enduro was held near Blackwell, TX, on a excotic animal ranch. With high hopes after a solid podium at round two, Team rider Thad Duvall travel to the Lone State. With the assistance of local dealer Maxim Honda and owner Ray Grupp, Duvall was ready the rocky adn dusty trail, not much rain had fallen in the last few weeks.
With no pressure on his shoulders, Duvall started the race really good winning the first test. Shortly after the start of test two, the bike started to run bad and he was unable to ride fast, barely finishing the test. Unable to fix the bike at the next brake point, he was forced to throw in the towel. Duvall; “Disappointed isn't even a word for today. Felt good, a couple problems an had to retire the day early..”
The team likes to say extra thanks to the staff of Shenandoah Honda and Maxim Honda, FMF, Stukmx, mydoorco.com and Rick Malyszek to make this Texas race happen.
