Round 9 of GNCC racing, Snowshoe, took place at Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia!

The weekend started on Friday evening for XC2 eMTB racer, Talon Hawk, who took to the line hoping for another win. Talon had a good start and a great race up and down the mountain bringing home a 2nd place finish and 6th overall!

On Saturday, while riding a trail on Snowshoe mountain, Talon crashed his bicycle and sustained injuries. After seeking help from medical professionals, he left with a concussion but no broken bones. Get well soon, Talon!

It was a beautiful day up on the mountain on Sunday for our last GNCC race before summer break.

XC1 rider, Jordan Ashburn, had a good day at the front bringing home a 4th place. Jordan says, "I struggled to get comfortable but otherwise happy to not have any big issues."

Teammate, Ryder Lafferty, finished with an 11th place in class.
