Star power just went up at the Elka Yadkin Valley Stomp GNCC in Yadkinville, North Carolina. WORCS Champion and ISDE Top American Kurt Caselli is racing the event as a possible try out for more GNCC Racing next year. The Red Bull KTM team has equipped Caselli with a 450XC for tomorrow's race. Kurt will battle his own teammates David Knight and Nathan Kanney, as well as the rest of the GNCC pack, including FMF Suzuki's Paul Whibley, who has won the last two GNCCs. The last time Caselli raced a GNCC, he won the XC2 Lites class back in March last year. This time he's running the top-rung XC1 division.

Also, Scott Summers' factory Husqvarna team is bringing in Heath Voss for the weekend. The former World Supercross Champion tried an AMA National Hare Scramble with the team last weekend in Pennsylvania and liked it, so he'll try a GNCC this time, racing alongside Australian Glenn Kearney and former GP Motocross Contender Gordon Crockard.

Pro racing starts at 1 p.m. Admission is just $15 if you can make it to the track, which is about an hour outside of Charlotte. If not, be sure to check the live timing and scoring feed from the track right here at www.gnccracing.com
