With 2016 in the rear view mirror, Obermeyer/MCS Racing Suzuki Team says thank you to all of our partners that supported our team.  The Obermeyer/MCS Racing Suzuki Team enjoyed many highlights during 2016 which included several hole shot awards and two podium finishes at the GNCC nationals, in the highly competitive XC1 pro division. Regionally, we were able to capture the Indiana IXCR Pro Championship along with several wins and podiums at additional events that we attended.

It was a total team effort that included Ricky Russell and Chris Douglas as our pilots along with our team owner Rod Marshall, making sure we had everything we needed to compete at a national level.  Our team mechanic Mitchell Brown was also proud of the fact that we did not have a single DNF result due to mechanical issues.

While preparing for the 2017 season, it became clear that additional support was going to be required to take our team to the next level.  After many conversations with select motorcycle manufacturers it was evident that additional support was not going to be in place for 2017.  Unfortunately, at this point in time, we are going to suspend our national racing effort.  We will continue to review our options for future national competition.

We are very appreciative for the support that each sponsor provided our team and we look forward to working with you again at some point in the future.
