- Tuesday Toolbox: Ryan SipesOctober 11, 2016The GNCC Racin’ Nation was severely disappointed to hear that Ryan Sipes and another rider collided on their way to the Powerline Park starting line and he was not able to compete in Sunday’s XC1 race. Unfortunately, Ryan’s mishap also left him with a broken arm and he was not able to fly to Spain for the 91st running of the ISDE. Ryan made history last year when he became the first American to ever win the overall at the prestigious event and hopes were high that he would lead Team USA to an overall victory this year. - Tuesday Toolbox: Jesse AnsleyAugust 23, 2016While at the 2015 GNCC Banquet, Youth Bike Champion Jesse Ansley made the announcement that he had signed a 3-year deal with the FMF/RPM/KTM Maxxis Racing Team. He had just come off a successful youth career that saw him take multiple overall youth wins and clinch the Super-Mini Championship. She really started to shine in the second half last year, getting on the WXC ATV box twice in the last 4 rounds. She came out swinging in 2016 and took the top spot in Florida! - Tuesday Toolbox: Lucas ToweryMay 24, 2016Lucas Towery is a familiar face in the world of GNCC Racing. It’s not uncommon to see the entire Towery Family at a GNCC event as Lucas’ dad, Ricky, is the GNCC start/finish line referee. His mom, Lynn, also works at Rider Registration and when his brother Robby is able to make it to a race, you can catch him on the track as well. We caught up with Lucas to hear more about his 2016 season and much, much more!
- Tuesday Toolbox: Cody MillerMay 4, 2016While announcing the UTV race in Florida, a new name came to the top of the screen, “Cody Miller.” Rodney Tomblin, who also announces Pro ATVMX races, said “I think I know that name!” Sure enough, it was the same Cody Miller who formerly raced the ATVMX series and is now contesting the GNCC series in Pro 4x4 and UTV. He just won his first 4x4 Pro race at the Camp Coker Bullet and followed up with a win in the UTV class to solidify his points lead there. GNCCRacing.com caught up with Cody.
- Tuesday Toolbox: Cameron AbeeApril 20, 2016#888 Cameron Abee has been in the GNCC ranks for quite a while. Even while racing youth ATVs, he became part of the GNCC fabric when he and his family started hosting Friday night youth activities at the Team Faith tent on Vendor Row. Always a contender in the youth ranks, Cameron moved to the 10am race last year. For 2016, he is racing the ultra-competitive Schoolboy Sr Division. He pulled a holeshot and took 3rd place in that class this past weekend aboard a Raptor 250! GNCCRacing.com caught up with Cameron to find out how he makes an air-cooled trail machine go so fast!
