Yamaha Racing Press Release:

Celebrating its 19th season with Yamaha, the N-Fab/AmPro/Yamaha bLU cRU Off-Road Motorcycle Racing Team is raring to go for 2016. The crew and riders will be back in action starting this weekend as the 2016 Kenda AMA National Enduro Championship Series gets underway at Manchester State Forest in Wedgefield, SC. Making the team announcement was Donnie Luce, Amateur MX/ATV/Off-Road Coordinator, Motorsports Racing Division, for Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A.

N-Fab/AmPro/Yamaha is led by team owner Randy Hawkins, who is a 7-Time AMA Pro Enduro Champion, 13-Time ISDE Gold Medalist, and AMA Hall of Fame Member. Besides the Kenda AMA National Enduro Championship Series, the team will also compete in the AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) Series, which kicks off with the Moose Racing Wild Boar in Palatka, FL, on the first weekend in March.

Riders include returning team member Grant Baylor from Belton, SC. Grant, who was the 2015 GNCC XC1 runner-up, 2015 AMA National Enduro runner-up, and is a two-time GNCC XC2 Champion, will race the all-new YZ450FX in both GNCC XC1 and AMA National Enduro for 2016.

Also returning for 2016 is Australian rider Daniel Milner. Daniel is the four-time and defending Australian Four-Day Enduro Champion and a former Australian Off-Road Champion. He’ll race a YZ450FX in both GNCC XC1 and Kenda Full Gas Sprint Enduro competition.

New to the team for 2016 is Nick Davis from Meshoppen, PA. Nick notched four GNCC XC2 wins and two additional podiums in 2015. He’ll race a YZ250FX in both GNCC XC2 and AMA National Enduro for 2016.

“The 2016 season marks a truly exciting milestone in our partnership with the N-Fab/AmPro/Yamaha team,” commented Yamaha spokesperson Luce. “It’s the first time that the entire team will be mounted on off-road-specific models. The new YZ250FX and YZ450FX models were designed specifically for off-road racing, and we’ve assembled a talented group of young riders to showcase these new models in the most prestigious and challenging off-road racing series in the U.S.”
